Our Approach

Our services start with a casual chat to determine how DTC can assist you. You may be aware of exactly what you need and how we can help. You may need an analysis to identify gaps, opportunities and strategies that will give you the quickest 'leg up' to recovery, growth and positive change - to get you where you want to be. 

You only pay for what you need with an hourly consultancy fee determining costs.

The 'Getting Acquainted' chat is complimentary and will give us some orientation to determine if our services will be of benefit.

Step 1 : Complimentary Chat 

Ascertain needs, identify key priority areas

 

Step 2 (Fee - 1-1.5 hours)

In-depth interview to identify culture of practice, goals, hone in on priority areas 

 

Step 3 : (Fee - 1 hour minimum)

Written report and management plan for addressing gaps

Hand over and commitment recognition

 

Step 4 :  Strategy support and follow up to ensure on target (Fee)
